Lady Godiva: Recycled Plastic Masterpiece
At Future Makers, we empower artists, makers, educators and businesses to dream big and create with recycled plastic. Sarah Turner’s Lady Godiva sculpture for Coventry Building Society is a shining example of what’s possible.
Sarah transformed 250kg of recycled plastic, including thousands of donated bottle tops, into vibrant, CNC-cut panels and assembled them into a striking sculpture. Now in the Society’s wildflower meadow, Lady Godiva celebrates creativity, sustainability and Coventry’s history. It shows that recycled materials can be beautiful, tell a story, celebrate a brand and transform a space.
Future Makers helps artists experiment, educators engage learners, and businesses bring their ideas to life through unforgettable, sustainable installations.
